Clitheroe Fire Prevention

According to eyewitnesses, it is believed that the fire was caused by a coffee roaster. Smoke and flames were seen billowing out of the chimney and the roof, and the cafe downstairs was filled with smoke. Some tiles fell from the roof, causing the road to be closed to motor vehicles in the interest of public safety. No one suffered any serious injuries as a result of the fire.
